The Blood of the Dragon medieval Gothic thriller series.
Book one – “Blood of the Damned,” due out in 2025.
A lady’s death on the road from Constantinople, with consequences reaching down the ages.
A lifetime of military training and a dedication to retribution.
A slowly dawning realisation of the diabolic that lurks just out of sight.
The fifteenth century – war in Central Europe rages between East and West, between Christianity and Islam. A time of knights and chivalry, of conquest and Crusades, of love and life in the bloodiest of human eras.
Constantinople was set to fall to the Ottoman horde, life was precarious and superstition almost reality. This is a tale of the collapse of an empire. A tale of utmost malevolence, an ever-present myth, prowling in the shadows, eternally stalking mankind from just beneath the surface of the light.
With Vlad Dracula, ruler of Wallachia, the Hungarian hero-general John Hunyadi and King Sigismund of Luxembourg, as well as the secretive and highly feared Order of the Dragon, this is a vampire thriller like none other, as historical and realistic a chronicle of the demonic as one is ever likely to read – “Game of Thrones” meets “Dracula”.
“Blood of the Dragon” – epic first book from the thrilling new vampire series that sprawls across the millennia.
No solitary act of violence is ever entirely without consequence…
